“I have been training on and off for a couple of years now after a large weight loss of around 7 to 8 stone. I thought I knew what I was doing at the gym, my technique and weight choice was all correct! Not the case. I approached Sacha and asked if she would train me…that’s when I soon realised I wasn’t working out in the correct way or eating the right amount of food. Sacha has taught me the importance of eating enough food, stretching (which is key for me), lifting the correct weight within a verity of structured routines. A key attribute that stands out for me with Sacha is she genuinely cares about my progress and seeing the rewards that I’m getting. Her knowledge, enthusiasm and physique shows me that this is her true passion and long may I continue to train with her.”
