Not only is he my partner in crime, he is now my business partner and over the past 12 months we have spent countless hours together in the gym. We soon realised that we are both very similar when it comes to training and what we want out of our own fitness journeys.

Sacha is interested and passionate about what she does and she walks or runs through the whole journey with you - she is not afraid of being challenged (as a doctor I have queried and debated many things with her and we look for the evidence and move forward) she is always thinking of new and different ways of helping you to achieve your goals.
